Glutathione is still the leading supplement when it comes to
skin whitening. It's called the master antioxidant for it has a lot of health
benefits. Women these days
go gaga over skin whitening for it has been believed that white is beautiful.
Even men now go crazy about it. And I'm one of them.
I'm not really
that dark skinned, but I want to have that fair, glowing skin, which most of
the Korean and Thai men have. So I started looking for whitening products
online that could help me achieve what I want.
And one product
caught my attention, the GLUTA 400K by JP Natural Cosmetics. At first I got
confused about this product because looking at its size, I cannot believe it
could contain about 400,000 milligrams of glutathione, but as I read through,
it was explained that the manufacturer uses a reducing technology which made it
possible. Out of curiosity, I ordered 1 month supply of the product which cost
PHP 1,020.00 for 60 capsules (about 23.18USD). A blister of ten capsules cost
PHP170.00 or about 3.86USD and shipping fee costs PHP100.00. I started taking
the supplement twice a day, in the morning and at night thirty minutes before meals
together with 1000mg generic vitamin C. After one week, I cannot see any
lightening on my skin, but I've noticed that my pimples subside and I'm not
getting any new one. On the second week, my family noticed that my skin is
glowing, but not whiter, as if I am only taking vitamin E. I finished taking my one month supply, but
still there is no whitening effect unlike what the product claims that it will
whiten the skin in just two weeks. Yes, it made my skin glow and look healthy
but I did not get the whiter skin it promised. So I'm a bit disappointed.
I have read some
reviews about this product and a lot of people say that it's effective. But
results vary with every person. Maybe it just didn't work for me. So if you are
curious about the product, go ahead and give it a try. It may give you a good
result.
